Happy Belated New Year

I'm late but I'm allowed to be because I am a curty,and once again,you are not* Happy thoughts come to mind when I think about what 2010 has to bring, (excluding these crazy jersey cops on 78)....Turning Deuce-Uno with my Ace.....learning spanish properly.....ending my NCC venture to move onto WCU.....more laughing/smiling/studying/shanking.....finally make my way to church.....decreasing my roadrage;/&spending deniro on unnecessary 'items'.....&being an all around happy individual w/my familia and extended familia aka 'friends that should be blood related'.
I also realize that sometimes my blog os a bit boring but you know what,I do not care;)&you wanna know why???!! Because life is not a walk in the park everyday and I really cnt/shouldnt laugh about everything.diddy has his bad days, the professors have bad days, so why cnt I????its either there's something I dnt find interesting enough to blog OR I dnt feel like putting up w/ petty BS so why blog about it????

After Today

Finals this week:) I been supposedly studying.........But folk wanna grab my booty and ask me on a date to the library, i dnt know......WEDNESDAY it'll be the end for me until January 19, 2010 and then I'll be back on my grind in my last semester at NCC holmes. A whole month vacation w/ nothing to do calls for road trips to NYC, Virginia, and maybe CT;)

Another song Im in love with regardless if chris brown is on it our not.Im actually listening to this kat's music and somewhat liking it, regardless of what he and rihanna went through.......its still wrong but you know what, in the end you gotta pull your pants up and as Big Black from Rob&Big would say "DO WORK"

Finals next week so I am studying dumb hard;)No breaks here homey. All my presentations out the way so I could focus at the task at hand and finish this semester on a happy note;) [all A's presumably]

ME* being Cheesy

Alrighty then....so im tryna pull an all-nighter here..working on my two anthropology papers and tryna write up these two biology labs....Hopefully my hooptie will be in action 2mrw so i can run to the library and print these joints out.Today was good* Nails did, Hair did, Room cleaned, Office cleaned (not for long).....Miami beat Duke.....Semester almost ova.....Thanksgiving comming up=work.....;(......

I guess great things do come in TWO.HEHE.

One Week

One week from today I, along with others, will be traveling down to New Orleans, Louisiana to help rebuild the Lower Ninth Ward. Many think its a great thing to do, volunteering to rebuild a city, but others think New Orleans should be left alone. Yes it's true but when a tornado destroyed parts of the midwest, a whole 'Green town' was build for its residents. I do not understand how this happens. In the wake of tragedy, we should not have to wait on the government, we are paying for, to help us. We sent troops overseas faster than we sent them down to N.O. to help OUR people. Boogles my mind, truly, and it makes me angry thinking about it. But thats why people like myself has this opportunity to take a trip down there, and take in what people are going through. We are very fortunate, but we never know how fortunate we are until we have absolutely nothing to show for it. I am quite sure this experience will make me and everyone I am with, eternally grateful for everything we have, material and nonmaterial.

Hopefully i'll get some blogging in and my photograpghy and video - game will be put into motion from the moment we leave Northampton Community College at 6:30 am on October 9 till the time we leave New Orleans on October 13..... +i heard the 'Inn' we are staying in is supposedly haunted.That's what I did not want to hear, so imma prolly be a scared panda bear during the night hours... ;)
